As seen on BRAVO TV’s MILLION DOLLAR LISTING MIAMI #MDLMIA Samantha DeBianchi of DeBianchi Real Estate wanted something incredible for her $6,199,000 sailfish house #waterfrontlisting . We gave them Under the Sea and Over the Top all rolled into one, and it was nothing short of fabulous!!
Our sexy sailor Neffy greeted guests as they arrived at the Marlin house. To show off this luxury bachelor pad at it’s finest Premier Beverage Catering served Cajun pulled pork sliders, mahi mahi sliders, freshly made bloody Mary’s garnished with Swedish fish, and beer. Of course the under the sea themed clam shell cookies Margaret made and Sams party favors beta fish in their own fishbowl with listing info were a nice added touch. Rainbow Circus Miami’s gorgeous Mermaid in clamshell provided entertainment by switching off into floating in a ball in the pool, and Ocean OM paddleboarding yoga in the water off of the dock was incredibly entertaining and unusual for guests to watch. We had a live aquarium playing on the largest of the 17 TV’s in the main room to go along with the under the sea theme.
